Returning An Item

Returns can be made subject to our Returns Policy, which is set out below

Please include your:

• name
• order number
• reason for return
• what action you would like us to take - replace the item, exchange it or refund

Email Us: please also email us these details at sales@forherfromyou.co.uk, putting "Return" and the Order Number in the subject line so that we can know it is on its way.

Ring Exchanges: If you are sending back rings for an exchange then you do not need to include the ring box (this costs more to post) provided you make sure you wrap the rings securely.

Please Note: it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us and are not lost or damaged in transit on their return journey, therefore please wrap them securely and we recommend sending them by registered (used to be called recorded) delivery.

Returns Policy

Order Cancellations - Statutory Requirement - within 7 days of delivery

You may cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the products (with the exception of personalised, perishable or custom products or services, personal grooming products, swimwear, lingerie, earrings or other pierced jewellery). The packaging may be opened but the products should not have been used.  Items should be in unused, undamaged condition and returned or collection arrangements made promptly at your cost and at your risk.  If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection of which you will be notified at or shortly after time of cancellation. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Any refund or credit note will only be issued once we have received the products back in unused, undamaged condition.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, perishable or custom products or services, personal grooming products, swimwear, lingerie, earrings or other pierced jewellery unless they were damaged on delivery or fault.

For Her From You - Extended Returns Policy - within 8-28 days of delivery

Please note that Rings bought in our big SALE are subject to their own conditions and do not have an extended returns policy.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product or service provided it is returned in fully saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging within 8-28 days of delivery of the products. If the product(s) are not returned in saleable condition we may refuse a refund or exchange.

Please note that we will not refund delivery or gift wrap charges unless the products delivered were incorrect, damaged or faulty.
